While most of our products are non-refundable due to their digital nature, we aim to handle all concerns with fairness and professionalism.

1. Digital Products & Services

This includes:

  • eBooks, guides, or course PDFs

  • Online consultations or webinars

  • Downloadable wellness resources

  • Memberships or subscriptions

🚫 Non-Refundable
Due to the digital nature of these products, we do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. This policy is in place to prevent misuse.

Exceptions
We may offer a refund or partial credit only if:

  • You are charged in error (duplicate transaction)

  • The product/service is not delivered due to a verified technical fault on our part

  • You cancel a live consultation at least 24 hours in advance

2. Physical Products (If Applicable in Future)

If we introduce shippable wellness tools or merchandise, this section will apply.

  • Return Eligibility: Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personal care items, opened consumables, or customized merchandise.

📦 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Courses & Subscriptions

If you purchase access to a paid course or learning module:

  • No refunds for completed or partially completed courses.

  • For annual/monthly subscriptions, you may cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard. No partial-period refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellations

  • Digital Consultations: Can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Workshops or Webinars: You may request a refund only if cancelled by Cordeo or if you report technical inability to attend (with proof).

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive confirmation via email once the process is complete.

  • We are not responsible for refunds, returns, delivery, or customer support related to affiliate products.
